Is a closely held public limited company with investment of about INR 50 million.
Has a plant of 50 Tons per day sponge iron plant. Annual production of 15,000 Tons
Planning for expansion with INR 400 million.
Setting up an integrated complex consisting of
i) Pellet Plant of capacity 60,000 Tons per Annum.
ii) Sponge iron plant with 30,000 Tons per Annum .
iii) Captive Power plant of 4.0Mw with waste heat recovery Boilers and a fludised bed combustion Boiler using Char.
iv) Submerged Arc Furnace of 1600 Kva producing 2250 Tons per annum of SiMn.

Also planning to set up a 12.0 Mw biomass power plant in Gadchiroli (district), Maharastra under the name of M/s Vayunandana Power Ltd with the project cost of about INR 400 million.
